Sorting of Attributes in Administrator Module not possible via "Set Sorting"

Hello,

 

I was trying to "Set Sorting" of Attributes in the Manage Class View of the Administrator Module. A pop up opens, I am able to shift around the attributes, but when clicking "Save", pop up closes and no re-arrangement has been done. Re-arrangement seems to work directly in the view, though.

So why is there this "Set Sorting" Button?

Normally that feature works correctly.

 

Which browser are you using (type and version) ?

It's Chrome 49.0.2576.0 (64-bit) on Windows 7

Hi Hannes,
 
Set sorting is not for sorting the attributes order, but for sort the data of the attributes. I also just realized it :)

I confirm this, you can use the “Set sorting” button to select the attributes on which you’d like to sort the data cards (Administrator Manual, page 20).
