I’ve been spending some time with workflow and its editor to try to get a few simple things working but haven’t had any luck yet. I have a very simple card/class with a “checkout” attribute (a checkbox). I want an email to be sent out when someone checks that checkbox and saves. Can someone tell me how to do that?
Also, when I start the RFC workflow in the demo version there are data input shown in the Activity tab. Where are these defined? In the workflow itself? Or in the admin setup? I can't seem to find them anywhere.
