Ui configuration 2.1.6

Hello,

I would like to relate a bug ( i'm not sure if it's really a bug )
in the administration module -> users and groups -> Ui configuration -> when checking views and Report to disable them.
they still continue to appear on the management navigation menu.

version of the distribution : 2.1.6
