Unable to add a location for my buildings

When I go to the map this pops up whenever I click on the blue arrow to pick the building.

After that I see no way I can add a pin for any building.

Going to the GIS Navigation it says “This tree has some configuration issues.” Clicking on Fix tree I am greeted with this error.

I am at a loss what to do. According to the services listed both the GIS Service and GIS_GeoServer client is running.

Some help is greatly appreciated.

I figured out how to pin a location on the map. As for the error I went into the DB and change the query that returns the authentication level to always return the required permission level so I can execute the fix for the Navigation tree.
