Unable to add Lookup values in CMDBUILD

I just completed an install of CMDBUILD on CentOS 6.5 and installed it with the Demo database as a starting point.

I am able to add a "Lookup Type", but when I try to add values to the "Lookup List" I continuously get the message below.   When I look at the table Lookup, I can see that some of the columns are not getting populated in the "Lookup Type" rows one of which is the Description.   So it seems that the "Lookup Type" row is not getting properly inserted and this effects the actual "Lookup List" rows.

Any Ideas how I can fix this?

Thanks for reporting, it is a know bug and we have fixed it.
The solution will be available in the next release 2.2.1 that will be available next week.
