Usage of openmaint in Property Management

I am new to openMAINT / CMDBuild  and I hope this is the right forum to ask.
 
I recently installed openMAINT to manage rental of tenants who are renting in a client's building. Below is what I have done so far:
 
1. I added tenants through the Company card.
2. I created tenant agreement using Rent card.
3. I added tenant payment using Payment card.
 
Is my above usage correct ?
 
Now I have some questions about related stuffs.
 
1. Is it possible to setup currency and set a default one in payment ?
2. How do I generate invoice ? Do I have to create a new Class here? How to convert invoice to payment ?
3. How can I create payment reports ?

openMAINT is primarily a system for managing the inventory of buildings and plants and for managing the scheduled maintenance (time and threshold) and the breakdown maintenance (ticket management with opening on a self-service portal and execution of workorders with a APP on smartphone or tablet).

You can register Company, Rent, Payment data (unfortunately, you can not set a default currency), etc, but there are no standard features to generating invoices, registering payments automatically, etc.
However, it is possible to configure all the features you need by using the mechanisms provided by the CMDBuild framework on which openMAINT is built: configuring new types of data cards, designing and importing new workflows, designing and importing new reports, configuring
new dashboards, etc.
