We create a group for the service desk users. All permissions have been set but the user can not start a request fulfillment because the button is disabled.
Permissions allows you to see the process, however, each execution step can be restricted to a specific role in the workflow definition file. You need to check “Participants” declaration in XPDL file for respective process.
