Utility Menu does not appear in management module

We have upgraded to version 3.0. We enable utility menu from users and groups option, following the administrator manual, but it does not appear from navigation panel in data management module. How can we import data with csv? How can we enable the option? Where is the option? In your demo cmdbuild, it does not appear either. Does it required any specific service enabled?

The Import Export CSV functions are temporarily missing in version 3.0 and will again be available, much enhanced, in version 3.1 which will be released in about twenty days.
