I think the subject pretty much covers the question, however will go into more details, I have used both empty database and demo database, and your online demo account. When I create a maintenance request through Help Desk or SuperUser login, and then generate the work order from this, I can see the work order when logged in as HelpDesk or SuperUser, yet when I log in as either Workers (1,2) I can not see the assigned work orders. They are part of the chosen team, who have the CMDBUILDGROUP of Workers1, this is the last thing holding up setting the system up and demonstrating to my company as a viable work order management solution so swift response would be much appreciated.
I need to be able to have the flow as either Guest creates -> helpdesk assigns -> workers see only their jobs and can close their end
At the moment I have either Guest or Helpdesk raising and HelpDesk having to close the work order also
all settings are as they should be, not changed any relations (domains), not changed the workflow either so should be pretty much how your Demo account is created
