Wrong timezone "Europe/Moscow" in joda-time-2.3.

Hello. We found some issue with joda-time-2.3 relation. It looks like CMDBuild uses joda-time-2.3.jar to display all dates in a History Tab, but 2.3 version is not actual anymore for “Europe/Moscow”. But it works fine with 2.7 version.

 
Could you update this relation? Thank you.

thank you for your note. Since we are almost ready (within this week) to release a new minor version, we cannot change the version of the library without do some more tests. We'll update it as soon as after the release, we hope that you'll understand.
